The HOA Citizen newsletter is published monthly in a print image format capable of printing for distribution to homeowners, public officials and other concerned persons. We explore the issues from both sides to make sure the advocates are properly heard. The newsletter brings readers of The Case Against State Protection of Homeowners Associations, May 2003, up to date with recent news and developments. View book.
You are allowed to distribute the newsletter FREE, provided you do not charge for it. The HOA Citizen is an excellent source of important information to share with others, especially with your homeowner members and boards.

Two formats are provided:
Booklet -- for a folded, front/back booklet for distribution. Folds to 7.5 x 8.5. No background color. Printing requires 8 1/2 x 14 paper for printing front and back, in black and white. The pages can be copied and collated inexpensively for distribution. Either you can fold or cut the printed pages when using the Booklet option.
For distribution as a booklet, simply load the legal paper and print all pages on one side only, as usual. Use your "copy" function on your printer and copy pages 1(8), 3(6). Re-insert in same direction, face up for most front loading printes, and copy even pages, 2(7) ,4(5) onto the back-side. Fold and insert or cut and staple, giving a 7.5 x 8.5 front/back newsletter.
