Our HOA By-Laws give our board of directors (who by the way all male - except for the "secretary") states |

|
in Article XIX, under Amendments, Section ! that "These By-Laws may be amended, at a regular, or |
|
|
special, meeting of the Board, by a majority vote of the Board. |
|
|
|
|
|
My question is, since this affects our entire community is it legal for the board and board only to change |
|
|
by-laws that affect all of us? This of course is told to the residents but as an accomplished fact! |
|
|
|
|
|
If it isn't legal, where do I find it? |
