I have an issue with this HOA regarding a recent increase in the annual assessment. The CC&Rs clearly

 

 

define the procedures to follow. They did not. We have three different types of "parcels". I requested

 

 

from them to see how they developed the "master budget" and the "parcel budgets" They will not make

 

 

this info available. It appears to me that under ARS 33-1804/1805 they are required to do this. I am

 

 

contemplating filing a petition/complaint with the Department of Fire, Building and Life Safety. If I could

 

 

speak with someone in your organization, it would be helpful.

Hello again. Thanks again for your timely response. 1. a properly executed and notarized petition signed

 

 

by 32% of the 122 eligible homeowners specifying the removal of three board members (all the officers)

 

 

was USPS certified w/receipt on May 8.

 

 

2. a board meeting scheduled for May 19 was canceled by the President in an e-mail in which he also

 

 

declared that the 30 day schedule for a meeting for homeowners to vote need not be met, as we are in a

 

 

transition between management companies.

 

 

3. no board activity has been scheduled.

 

 

4 I, a board member, have received no other communication, and suspect that the others are meeting or

 

 

otherwise communicating without me.

 

 

5 I also strongly suspect that the mgmt company and the balance of the board may be conspiring to rig

 

 

the vote in collusion.
