Dear Subd. HOA, Inc. Board of Directors and Kevin, CAM, LPI

 

 

 

 

 

This letter is to notify you that we object to, reject, and dispute the 2008 proposed budget that "was

 

 

adopted at the Annual Meeting and there was no change in the Annual Assessment," as being coercive

 

 

and intentionally misleading. It appears that you are attempting to obtain money from us through

 

 

arbitrarily inflated costs. Are you knowingly perpetrating these misleading inflated budgets and

 

 

incomplete financial statements? Knowingly perpetrating fraud with efforts to coerce, harass and mislead,

 

 

and then if that does not work initiating fines, legal actions, liens and foreclosure could jeopardize your

 

 

legal standing and credibility.

 

 

 

 

 

(1) This letter constitutes notice that we cannot lawfully be coerced into a mandatory contractual

 

 

relationship to continually pay all the past undocumented HOA "assessment" increases along with ever

 

 

rising HOA dues/assessments/insurance costs demanded from us by the HOA board et al, without a

 

 

requisite meeting of the minds, proof of actual costs, and acceptance of the issues in said monetary

I realize you also stated even though there is a

 

 

management company providing the HOA services there

 

 

still needs to be a board or the "HOA is defunct",

 

 

however they continue to state there is no board and

 

 

the management company serves as this purpose. There

 

 

has to be some sort of follow-up since we are also not

 

 

allowed to see the books, per the management company,
