| | I am an owner of a condominium in Tucson AZ. I am being charged a HOA fee when there is no HOA |
| | (there is no board of home owners elected, etc. for my community the fee is going to some type of |
| | property management group). SO I am wondering if this is legal and also if there is a law stating that |
| | there has to be a certain number of home owners in a condominium complex in order to have and be |

| | I need some research done on the issue of the right of the HOA to come after a homeowner after a |
| | foreclosure by the lender on the property. The property was foreclosed on in June 2007 and the former |
| | homeowners just had a civil suit filed against them for the failing to pay dues assessments, fine |
| | assessments, late charges and interest. |
