| | I'm writing to ask if there is a person, or a group of HOA |
| | knowledgeable persons whom I might talk with and share information |
| | with. I have lived at J Ranch now for eight years. HOA has recently been taken over by new |
| | management. They now are demanding our dues to be paid three month in advance (quarterly). I paid |
| | the first time but when I received my bill the next time I knew I just could not afford this. So I continued to |
| | pay monthly. I am a senior and on a fixed budget. They have been applying a fine each month and |
| | yesterday I received a notice that if I didn't start paying on time they would foreclose on my home. My |
| | fines are now over $400. I have tried to talk to them but they don't care. |

| | What do I need to do besides succumb to their demands and pay up? |

| | I was on the board last year and for the last years they have misused funds for personal use as per our |
| | CC&R"S broken the open meeting and open books laws and have openly and blatantly been in breach of |
| | the CC&R's and are with the help of a very corrupt " manager" who was not hired to manage but to do |
| | secretarial and bookkeeping duties used our funds to hire an attorney to harass and remove the president |
| | and put the old board back. They have converted funds and play favorite with monies. |
| | It is a long story and I have tons of evidence! They have had secret meetings and misrepresented |
| | themselves. We would like to get a petition to remove the board that is done in legal rhetoric so we do it |
| | correctly! And I am going to contact an attorney and I am contacting the attorney general! |
