| | It's probably unfair of me to pose these questions to you being new to your web-site (given only to me |
| | today by another concerned member), but we need a 'starting point' for all these issues and are hoping |
| | you can speed up the process for us. |
| | For those of us vocally concerned, we understand this would require an effort on ourselves to 'rally' the |
| | other members to some action. We can do that, although, many of us are afraid of repurcussions - what |
| | recourses do we have, legally, to accomplish this? What do we do first? We can also produce documented |
| | evidence of preferencial treatment. But our big concern is what's happening with our monthly fees - we're |
| | not getting what we're paying for and maintenance is lackluster. We receive no monthly financial |
| | statements with what's happening with our money - is that legal? And how do we go about securing |
| | evidence of financial collusion if it's taking place - or, we suspect it? Do we need to hire a private |
| | detective? Are there AZ State commissions or entities which investigate such? |
