| | I found your website and read with much interest the nightmares other people have had with their |
| | homeowners associations. It made me glad to know I wasn't alone in my hatred for these slime bag |
| | organizations. |

| | We are dealing with discrimination, harassment, and selective enforcement by our homeowners |
| | association. In a community of 300+ homes the current homeowner’s association master board has |
| | singled us out. They have sent violation notices and filed lawsuits against us for the same thing other |
| | residents are allowed to do and/or proceed with. We were not allowed to put up our swimming pool for |
| | my two minor children this past summer. Yet there was a similar swimming pool up the entire summer, |
| | just 6 houses down. We have been sent numerous violation notices, eventually to be sued for, a swing set |
| | that had been in our yard for 10 years. Yet there were many swing sets throughout the development that |
| | did not conform to the same “guidelines” used against us. They remain standing to this day. This same |
| | homeowner’s association master board, and their president, refuses to accept any mail from us. They |
| | even returned our certified letter containing our homeowner’s yearly dues twice. The board president has |
| | used the association wholly as his private weapon in his personal vendetta against us. |

| | We truly feel our rights as private homeowners have been violated. How can we stop this constant |
| | harassment and discrimination against our family? There are many more situations we could go into as |
| | far as what this master association and board president have done to us and our two minor children. |
